Recertification (Every 5 Years)
All USDDN judges recertify every five years. Your certificate lists your level, effective date, and expiration date. Judges who did not recertify by January 1, 2026 were removed from the Global Judges List.
Leveling Up During Your Cycle
You may level up at any time before expiry. When you certify at a new level, your five‑year period resets from the new certification date.
Example: A Level 1 judge expiring Dec 31, 2029 certifies as Level 2 on May 10, 2026 → new expiration is Dec 31, 2031.
Testing Sessions (Capacity‑Limited)
Quarterly sessions accept up to 40 testers each.
- Session 1 (Jan 1–10) – Register by Dec 22
- Session 2 (Feb 1–10) – Register by Jan 25
- Session 3 (May 1–10) – Register by Apr 25
